Ignacio Otranto

Ignacio (“Iggy”) Otranto (co-owner) was born in Argentina and came to the United States in 2000. He was raised in an Italian-Argentinian family and food was always central to family life. His happiest childhood memories are watching his Nonna make pasta, empanadas, and other delicious specialties for Sunday family gathering. Later, while growing up in the United States, he learned the art of making mouth-watering meats over a parrilla (an Argentinian style grill) for his family and friends. While going to school, he worked in several restaurants and enjoyed sharing his passion for food with his customers. Iggy is a newlywed and he and his wife, Ariana, will celebrate their first-year anniversary in September. Ignacio loves to meet people and cannot wait to welcome you to Lima 32 and introduce you to the delicious Peruvian dishes that await you.
